I ordered a brownie slice and latte as a $6.5 special from this "cafe" in Central Park food court. I wasn't expecting my brownie to be put in a takeaway paper bag, which was all good, I'll take it. But then I asked nicely "can I have a fork?", this male staff gave me a blank look, found me a plastic fork reluctantly and questioned me "a fork for the brownie...?!". Amazing customer service hey.
The brownie and the coffee are both lovely, especially with such a great deal. But experience like this just isn't worth it :)
